Discordon One-Pass Finisher
The Discordon One-Pass Finisher is an innovative, all-in-one solution for soil preparation. Soil is stubble ploughed, mulched, decompacted and reconsolidated all in one single pass, to establish a ventilated, irrigated, and drained soil structure that is nutrient enriched and ready for sowing.
The tines can work at the same depth as the discs, or deeper, for maximum destruction of residues and versatility in all conditions.

Product Range
Discordon
The Discordon is available in a range of working widths from 2.9m to 7.2 m, and the combination of depth adjustable tines and robust disc gangs allows for shallow stubble ploughing as well as deeper sub-soiling.
The tine frame and the disc frame are independent of each other. This allows the tines to work at the same depth as the discs or deeper.
Fitted on a parallelogram, adjustments can be made continuously during work, and tines can be adjusted up to 40cm deep.
By overlapping, the discs remove the surface horizon across the entire working width which means that there are no unprocessed strips.
The disc angle of attack is mechanically or hydraulically adjusted to change the aggressivity on plants according to the conditions and soil type.
Two maintenance-free elastomer discs on the drawbar ends cushion vibration during transport and provides flexibility between the Discordon chassis and the tractor hitch in the paddock.
Two sizes are available, 660mm (with 6mm or 7mm thickness), and a 710mm diameter disc with 7mm thickness. The notched discs are suitable for stubble cultivation and deep re-structuring work.
Discs can also be alternated between notched and smooth to produce different finishes.
A single bar roller with 900mm diameter is available to provide good depth control and an ideal finish in sandy conditions.
The Discordon is designed for simple transport and storage. The Discordon folds to limit overall size less to than 3m wide.

A variety of disc and roller options are available to configure the Discordon to meet your specific soil needs and desired soil finish.
The first disc row opens the ground, scalps the surface, and mulches all plant residues to clear a path for the tines whilst accelerating decomposition. The angling and aggressiveness of the disc gangs can be mechanically adjusted to change the penetration capacity of the discs to precisely match the soil structure.
The tines are hydraulically adjustable up to 40cm deep, and are independent from the disc gangs which enables the tines to work deeper than the discs, and decompact the lower layers of the soil for improved water penetration and drainage, and root exploration.
The second discs take up the mulch, smooth and level it in order to fully prepare the soil for sowing. The uniform and level mixture promotes residue decomposition and organic activity.
The rollers ensure depth control and machine stability, and consolidate the ground so that it is not too porous. This provides optimal conditions for germination, self-seeding, and sowing.

Robust Two-Level Chassis
The Discordon has a parallelogram setup with the tine frame positioned in the middle of the machine between the two disc gangs. This ensures the machine remains stable and parallel to the ground during adjustments, as the working depth of the discs and tines are adjusted separately and independent from each other.
This enables the Discordon to be precisely adjusted to the soil structure. Additionally, two elastomer discs on the drawbar ends cushion vibration and provide flexibility between the chassis and the tractor hitch.
Exclusive Feature
Hydraulic Safety System
The non-stop hydraulic safety system enables working in rocky conditions. It prevents breakage or damage to the working parts and the chassis.
The tip resistance is 2130kg and is adjustable by varying the pressure in the hydraulic safety circuit.
