Highline’s Bale Movers are extremely durable and simple to operate for secure and efficient loading and transporting of round bales.
The Bale Mover offers non-stop picking and transporting with only one tractor and operator.
Pick from both sides with the BM1400 for double row configuration, or single row with the BM607 and BM605.
Pick from both sides with the BM1400 for double row configuration using two independently operated chain rails, adjustable to match different bale sizes to reduce broken strings.
The single row BM607 and BM605 Bale Movers feature benefits such as narrow transport and the Auto Bale Shuttle to automatically shift bales while loading.
Key Features
Non-Stop Loading of Round Bales
Highline’s Round Bale Movers pick round bales from any angle for non-stop loading, and utilises chain rails for simple unloading without ripping twine or damaging the bales.
Bale rows are designed to give the operator greater visibility at the rear, and transport lights and transport safety chains are included as standard.
All bale mover models have a 1/4 turn bale fork to automatically turn bales before loading on the bed. This allows for non-stop loading from virtually any angle.
In-cab electric over hydraulic controls give full hydraulic control with only 2 outlets on the tractor.
The Bale Mover deck is lifted hydraulically from the cab of the tractor. The bale chains transfer the bales onto the ground without ripping twine or damaging the bales.
The tail of the bale mover is designed to skid over the ground during the unloading process without damage.
Bale rows are also designed to give the operator greater visibility behind the bale mover, stored in long, straight rows. This also minimises weathering damage.

Chain Rails for Unloading
A hydraulic motor controls the chain rails and eliminates gearboxes, bearings and shafts. Chain rails are sloped and factory ground to conform to the curvature of round bales and are easily adjusted to match different bale sizes.
The bale chains transfer the bales onto the ground without ripping twine or damaging the bales.
The BM1400 uses two independently operated chain rails.
Exclusive Feature
Auto Shuttle Functionality
The Auto Shuttle feature on the BM607 and BM605 offers convenience and efficiency allowing the operator to automatically shift the last loaded bale back exactly one position to load the next bale without shuttling the load manually.
As the arm is lowered, the hydraulics move the chains back to allow room to load the next bale.
