Product Range
Efficient Processing of Bales
Bale Pros chop and mix bales to reduce sorting and waste. The two stage vertical lift functionality also reduces “scrubbing” on the bales, and allows for the processing of one bale while carrying another on the fork.
The BP660 Bale Pro has a dual feed roller processing chamber with a centrally driven flail drum and can be expanded with the Feed Chopper and Grain Tank.
The chamber flails efficiently “bite” into the bale for uniform feed processing, and the flails are optimally sized to grab the bale.

An alternative to the BP660, the BP661 has a slat and chain processing chamber with an offset flail drum, and can also be expanded with the Feed Chopper and Grain Tank.
The slat and chain feed system is durable with no central bearing on the feeder chain roller.

Ideal for both feeding and bedding, the BP965 offers flexibility to process round or square bales.
The BP965 includes the exclusive Twine Sickle bale prepping system, for processing square bales, which cuts the bale twine prior to loading in the processing chamber for faster and more uniform processing.

Highline’s Bale Pro equipment are highly effective agricultural implements for bedding and feeding applications, as well as providing uniform coverage for environmental and land reclamation solutions.
The BP663 Top Gun is a versatile machine for bedding and feeding applications as well as coverage solutions for environmental and land reclamation. It provides uniform coverage throwing material up to 24m (80 feet), or feeds by gently dropping a windrow from its side discharge.
The discharge chute positioning is operated from the tractor cab and has a wide range of motion.
These functions can also be operated from the optional joystick control system.

Mix forages with the CFR1251 Bale Pro which utilises dual chambers and independent settings to chop and throughly mix crop and hay for paddock or bunk feeding.
The CFR1251 is able to process two bales at once to efficiently blend inputs.

Precision Feeding Solutions
Chopping, blending, and delivering a best cost solution to feeding is at the core of Highline’s product development process with the Bale Pro series.
The Bale Pro allows you to double-duty; process one bale while carrying another on the forks. This saves time by allowing for continued operation before having to load again.
Loading bales is a simple one person operation from the comfort of the tractor cab.
Adjustable fork for lifting bales and loading into the tub.
The longer fork length also accommodates most modern size bales. Lift bales from the smallest silage up to 1.8 m. Lift from the row and load them into the Bale Pro.
The vertical bale lift is a 2 stage lift system where the first stage of the process lifts the bale straight off of the ground.
The 2 stage vertical lift reduces the bale being lifted from “scrubbing” on the bales in the bale stack, as well as eliminates the need to clutch the tractor between bales.
Gently drop a windrow from the side with a hydraulically operated discharge door.
Each Bale Pro model is includes hi-flotation tyres allowing for easy manoeuvrability through challenging terrain.
Adjust to a wide stance in uneven terrain for additional support, or adjust to a narrow stance for passing through gates and narrow barn doors.
The Axle Twine Guard eliminates the nuisance of twine getting tightly wrapped around the wheel axle.

The Bale Pro modular system allows for the addition of components as your operation requirements shift.
- The Feed Chopper, exclusive to Highline, is a secondary processing option to create shorter cut lengths. Rather than stationary knives that pulverise or drag leaves off of stems, the Feed Chopper slices through the hay creating an optimal consistency.
- The Grain Tank is a variable speed hydraulic drive feed system that allows for even and consistent flow. The unique system ensures uniform and precise control of forage mixes.
