AS3000 Spreaders
The AS3000 is a high-capacity precision spreader designed to deliver superior performance, accuracy, and reliability for large-scale farming and contracting operations.
Accredited to spread urea up to 48m, fertiliser up to 52m, and lime and gypsum up to 30m, the AS3000 Series is available in tandem or single axle configurations with capacities ranging from 9.7m³ to 21m³.

A combination of high-capacity tandem hydraulics, sprung or dampened drawbar suspension, and high-flotation tyres ensures smooth operation, consistent application, and superior spreading accuracy across all terrains.
The AS3000 is built with a 60% stainless steel hopper as standard, featuring precision-formed panels for strength and corrosion resistance.The double conveyor arms are angled at 10° for enhanced clearance and protection during loading, while cabling and hydraulics are enclosed within the chassis to prevent damage and minimise maintenance.
The AS3000 utilises twin hydraulic folding conveyors feeding to outward-spinning discs, delivering spread widths of up to 52 metres for fertiliser.
Adjustable drop points and vane positions allow for precise material control across all product types, ensuring a consistent and even spread pattern
The AS2000 Hydraulic Valve Assembly is compatible with tractors using load sensing hydraulics.
The spinners and belt independently control their hydraulic oil requirement for both pressure compensating and load sensing.
The hydraulic valve assembly is standard on the AS2000 and can also be operated as a fixed pump for non-load sensing tractors.
The AS3000 Series features a sprung drawbar on tandem axle models (AS3150T & AS3220T) and a dampened drawbar on the AS3120, ensuring a stable, smooth ride and consistent spreading performance across uneven terrain.
Integrated ISOBUS-compatible load cells continuously monitor and adjust the application rate based on forward speed and field conditions.
This automatic control maintains consistent output per hectare, improving accuracy and product efficiency.
Every AS3000 is supplied with a calibration tray testing system to fine-tune spread patterns in-field.
This ensures product accuracy across varying material types, densities, and field conditions.
The Agri-Spread app complements the ISOBUS control system, providing quick access to spread charts, calibration data, and setup guides.It allows operators to make accurate, data-driven adjustments for different materials and conditions directly from their device.

Precision Rate Control with Load Cells & ISOBUS Integration
The AS3000 Series comes standard with precision load cells integrated into its ISOBUS control system, enabling automatic adjustment of application rate in real time according to forward speed and field conditions. The ISOBUS software controls spinner and conveyor speeds, monitors RPMs, supports operator alerts (e.g. when maximum kg/min is reached), and allows configuration of drop point, vane settings, spinner speed, and more. Clean‑out and prime conveyor functions are built into the control logic to facilitate maintenance and unloading.
Because this load cell feedback loop is always active, the machine maintains a consistent output per hectare across a variety of materials and conditions.
Exclusive Feature
Section Control (SCS & Optional SC) to Minimise Overlap
The AS3000 includes SCS (Single Belt Section Control) as standard. SCS enables independent control of each spinner motor (left and right), allowing you to reduce working width manually or automatically (via GPS mapping) — ideal for irregular field shapes, wedge zones, contours, or narrow headland strips. When the width is reduced, conveyor speed is proportionally adjusted so that the overall applied rate remains consistent. Headland border controls (right or left) are also included as standard.
For operations requiring finer section control, the AS3000 also offers an SC (Twin Belt Section Control) option, capable of up to 16 sections in twin‑belt configuration (for flowable or granular materials).
