The AS2000 is an advanced precision spreader that meets the requirements of convenience, serviceability, productivity and accuracy.
The AS2000 is accredited to spread urea to 41m and lime to 15m, with interchangeable discs, and is available in single or tandem axle in capacities from 10m3 to 22m3.

Key features
The AS2000 series features stainless steel components to withstand Australia’s harsh conditions.
The combination of high flotation tyres, a robust axle system and drawbar suspension, allows for a smoother ride to ensure even and accurate product distribution with enhanced performance.
The AS2000 is fabricated with stainless steel along the rear and bottom third of the bin, with formed laser cuts and folds.
Stainless steel pressure and return lines are used to minimise oil temperature, increase durability, and reduce maintenance. Cabling is encased inside the chassis rails to avoid corrosion and weather damage.
The AS2000 Series Spreader has an adjustable rear spinner deck system and vane positioning. The two vane spinners, short and long, control the placement of product.
Spinner speeds, rates and bout widths are set from the cab based on the product being applied and the spread width required.
Based on the area to be spread, the VT Controller continuously fine tunes the flow rate of the product onto the discs to provide a high level of accuracy.
The AS2000 Hydraulic Valve Assembly is compatible with tractors using load sensing hydraulics.
The spinners and belt independently control their hydraulic oil requirement for both pressure compensating and load sensing.
The hydraulic valve assembly is standard on the AS2000 and can also be operated as a fixed pump for non-load sensing tractors.
Sprung Drawbar
The sprung drawbar utilises rubber mounts (hydraulic rams on AS2220’s) bolted to the chassis to remove the jarring movements from the tractor’s towing hitch.
This allows for a more accurate product spread, even at high operating speeds.
Hydraulic Rams on AS2220’s
Load cells come standard on the entire Agri-spread range to ensure accuracy from rates as low as 1kg/ha. Weights are displayed through the ISOBUS terminal in the tractor cab or via an external monitor for ground driven machines.
Included as standard to assist with the correct set-up and testing of the rate, flow and distribution pattern of spread products.
The high-spec calibration kit includes 13 test trays with dividing inserts, test tubes, bulk density meter, hardness tester, granular sieve, and a windometer.
The Agri-Spread App is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
The App provides valuable setup and operational information, including operator and parts manuals, as well as maintenance and service diagrams.

Variable rate technology & on-the-go weighing
The AS2000 includes Agri-Spread’s exclusive Variable Rate Technology (VRT) as standard. VRT provides on-the-go-weighing through the ISOBUS terminal and accurately applies variable bulk density products using load sense hydraulics and dynamic auto-calibration.
Variable rate applications utilise a pre-planned map to optimise product usage on paddocks with variability in soil and crop nutrition. The ISOBUS interface using GPS positioning, implements the map to automatically control the application rate.
Exclusive Feature
Sectional control to minimise overlap
The AS2000 can be factory optioned with Automatic Sectional Control which uses GPS data and the ISOBUS interface to enable advanced variable rate spreading to significantly minimise product overlap.
Agri-Spread offers two section control options:
- Single belt for single section swath width control
- Twin belt for up to 14 section swath width control with two independent, hydraulically controlled conveyors and spinners to provide the most precise product distribution*. The rate on either side of the machine can be changed as required and the spinner speeds automatically adjust to match the width.
